I enjoy practical problems: understanding what is actually wrong, explaining it clearly and leaving the user with a working result. Technology matters, but so does the experience of the person relying on it.

How I approach work
I prefer calm diagnosis over guesswork. First understand the impact, then collect the useful facts, test the likely causes and record the outcome. When an issue needs deeper expertise, a clear escalation is part of doing the job properly.
My support standard: make the next step obvious. A user should understand what happened, what was changed and what to do if the issue returns.
Where I’m heading
My current direction is practical IT support and junior cloud support. I’m extending my existing service experience with hands-on work across AWS compute, storage, networking, security and monitoring concepts.
The long-term aim is to understand complete systems: how users reach them, how they stay reliable, how they are secured and how support teams diagnose problems when something changes.
